Tracy Frimpong

I have a liberal arts degree in kinesiology, child psychology and business. You might know me as your kids soccer coach! I’ve been coaching and working kids since 2008, and it has been such a fun journey. Playing college sports at a high level (even winning a provincial championship) has kept me in the fitness world. My experience ranges from instructing 8 month year olds (and their parents) in gymnastics setting all the way to coaching basketball to university level athletes and everything in between! My programs are fun, imaginative, and energetic. My goal is to develop a love for fitness at an early age that the kids can use for life. I can’t wait to continue to share my passion for kids and fitness at Fit Together.

Tamara Jarrett

Tamara Jarrett

Tamara has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Health Physiology from the University of Calgary. Is a University of Calgary Dinos women’s basketball alumni and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Tamara has always had a passion for learning and continued education. This lead her to pursue and successfully complete her Masters of Science in Strength and Conditioning and is now looking to partner with other fitness professionals to continue her passion for learning. She is excited to join the Fit Together team, helping clients to achieve their wellness goals.

She will be coaching a program focused mainly on exercise and nutrition as well addressing other pillars of wellness such as sleep and stress management. Tracy has a passion for health, wellness, and living an active life. She specializes in working with people who are looking to make healthier choices – whether it is exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle. Her focus is to make training fun, so you won’t even realize how hard you worked. She has taught fitness for over 12 years, and is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN) and Lifecoach (CCF). She is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer, has taught – Bootcamp, HIIT, Bender Ball Core/Abs, Obstacle Course Racing, TRX/RIP, Kickboxing/MMA, Zumba and developed specialized unique programs. Tracy is the person most likely to park on the far side of the parking lot – more exercise.

Lindsay Anderson

I enjoy working closely with people and love watching them work towards their health and personal goals. I help people achieve these goals by making them feel comfortable, get them started on the right track and giving them support through out the way.
